Investment / Project Updates
- Get notified to your email when an monthly update is sent (Typically 1st week of each month)
- Monthly updates stay on the portal for your review
- Property photos / design docs
Market conditions updates
Investment Financial updates
- Financial updates (Project Financials , Tenants) are typically uploaded 1st week of end of each quarter
Distributions
Cash Flow
- On a cash flow quarter the distributions are calculated by the CPA and posted to your bank account. Typically quarterly but can vary based on the subscription docs for each investment.
Sale Proceeds
- When the Property is sold the distributions are made as per the waterfall in the subscription docs.
Final Distributions & Fund Closure
- Final distributions are made at the closure of the fund and the entities.
