Sankalp team is skilled at providing an advisory role in investment real estate regarding strategies based on market conditions locations, risks and mitigation strategies across various property types, financing options, exit strategies, and a build versus buyanalysis. Team currently manages development projects totaling nearly Six hundred(600) million dollars and more than 2 million square feet of office, retail, and multifamily space.

He and his team have faced nearly every closing challenge, are unphased by obstacles, and simply know how to get the job done. He has been responsible for closing on thousands of acres of land, commercial office, retail, day-cares, single-family and multi-family properties representing buy/sell transactions worth more than $300 million.
A man of many talents always looking for a challenge and to address unmet needs in the marketplace, Mukesh has had great success in multiple roles. He started his career as an engineer in software development and worked for 20 years in corporate Fortune 500 settings. He has been in real estate since 2003, operating as a real estate investor, consultant, advisor, licensed broker, and developer since 2016.
He is founder and CEO of Sankalp Developers, the Sankalp Growth Fund, and Sankalp Realty. The Sankalp Developers specializes in the full life cycle of multifamily land development projects in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and Austin areas. Sankalp Growth Fund specializes in partnering and taking investors into their projects with sponsors themselves being the majority investor.
Since his first startup in 1995 he has founded multiple companies including a services-based company with clients worldwide, a software development consulting services company, and an information technology training institute that he grew to ten times its annual revenue in only two years.
Mukesh graduated from the University of Mumbai with a degree in engineering. Additionally, he received a diploma in software development and exports from the National Institute of Information Technology. He is a certified project management professional(PMP), a licensed broker in the State of Texas, and a member of the prestigious FORBES Business Council – an invitation-only organization for successful small- to mid-size business owners. Additionally, he has been named to the CREXI top 1,000 brokers nationwide.
